ALARM RESPONSE
Part of our patrol services is alarm response, similar as a site check but typically more then one Officer/Vehicle dispatched and with priority response and higher elevation of caution. Any vehicle on-site will be checked, and any person on your property will be questioned. S.J.P.A. responds to an array of alarms including, but not limited to: General Alarm Activations, Alarm Fault Signals, Bypass Checks, Silent Alarms, and Alarm Power Failures. We also offer Alarm Response Services as a single security package.

Having a security agency provide alarm response is a great advantage over dispatching local law enforcement agencies to your property. While many law enforcement agencies are more focused on handling major calls, they simply don't have the ability to expedite minor calls, and in most cases you will be charged fines by the city or county for any false alarm, and charged more for each successive false alarm. While security agencies will only contact local law enforcement for assistance when it is necessary, thereby eliminating any excessive alarm response fines.

Although we specialize in mobile patrol services, we do provide a dedicated level of security service. We provide highly trained personnel who are specially trained in property security management, from residential properties, to commercial complexes. All Officers are trained to identify and reduce any liabilities that may be occurring on your property, from problem tenants, to hazardous environments. While our Officers are armed, they are armed with something more important; tactical communication skills. Tactical Communication means the use of words, not weapons to deescalate hostile persons and situations with minimum use of force, thereby reducing liability. San Joaquin Protection Agency believes that it is important to provide proactive personnel who are not afraid to resolve hostile situations. It is important for prospective clients to understand that we are not a passive guard company.
